Tag: laughter

the laugh

her laugh

so loud

so strong

goes on

and on

and on

such high pitched notes

amid the tenor crowd

such ceaseless joy

sounds somehow

rather wrong

yet laugh

she does

with all her might

til all

falls silent

for the night

and home

she goes

and i

to sleep

where laughter

loud

unsound

invades my dreams
